NFL betting tips: Kansas City Chiefs to make Steelers blue, joy for Los Angeles Rams

It’s Christmas week, and there is plenty of action to sink your teeth into over the festive period.

The Green Bay Packers put on a show in Week 16, stomping the New Orleans Saints in a stunning 34-0 victory.

Elsewhere, the Chiefs continue to look rejuvenated, winning comfortably in Houston.

Picking the Packers last week paid off, and once again Sports New Blitz’s NFL tipster Sam Condy returns with his top Sky Bet picks ahead of Week 17.

Kansas City Chiefs at Pittsburgh Steelers

The Kansas City Chiefs are set for some Christmas Day action as they take on the Pittsburgh Steelers in Pennsylvania.

The game will be broadcast live on Netflix in both the UK and the USA, as the streaming giant continues to dip its toes into the sporting world.

The Chiefs are beginning to look more dominant, winning their last two by wide margins.

Despite an apparent ankle injury, QB Patrick Mahomes was on fire in Week 16, throwing for 260 yards and picking up a touchdown against the Houston Texans.

For Pittsburgh, George Pickens looks to be returning from injury. The wide receiver has been the heart and soul of the Steelers' offence this season, with the outfit looking lost without him.

The Steelers should prove a tough test for the Kansas City outfit close - but with the Chiefs beginning to heat up, this game is only going one way.

Suggested bet: Kansas City Chiefs (-2.5) @ 4/5

Seattle Seahawks at Chicago Bears

The Chicago Bears have been a side on the decline through the second half of the season.

In the opening half, their defence appeared to be their biggest strength, though things have fallen apart of late.

Since Week 11, the Bears rank 30th in opponent EPA (expected points allowed) per play, and opponent success rate.

The Seattle Seahawks may not be a phenomenal football team, but they are solid in all areas and are a tough match-up for any side.

Suggested bet: Seattle Seahawks (-3.5) @ 5/6

Denver Broncos at Cincinnati Bengals

Fans are in for a treat, with an intriguing game lined up for the 27th. The Cincinnati Bengals' offense rank fifth in DVOA (Defensive-adjusted Value Over Average), while the Denver Broncos rank fourth in defensive DVOA.

However, both teams have had a fairly easy run of opponents this season, making it hard to assess how well the statistics reflect their ability.

The Bengals have struggled against good pass defenses this season. Statistically, the Denver outfit are one of the best pass defenders in the league.

It will be an interesting affair, but the Broncos should be able to stifle any Cincinnati offensive threats.

Suggested bet: Denver Broncos (+3.5) @ 8/11

Arizona Cardinals at Los Angeles Rams

The Arizona Cardinals are now eliminated from playoff contention, while a win for the LA Rams will see them secure the top spot in the NFC West.

The Cardinals have only won one in the last five, and QB Kyler Murray has been on the decline, taking 11 sacks in the last five games.

The Rams are far from solid defensively and leave plenty of gaps to exploit.

Unfortunately for the Cardinals, they don't seem to possess the firepower to blow open a sometimes shaky Rams defence.

Suggested bet: Los Angeles Rams @ 4/11

The accumulator looks good this week, though it will be important to keep an eye on the Bengals as they have every chance of surprising against the Broncos this week.

Additionally, there are whispers about a potential Steelers upset, but it’s unlikely they will be able to pull a shock win off as the Chiefs continue to pick up steam.

Accumulator odds: Los Angeles Rams @ 4/11
